Who we are

This site (easyentropy.com) is operated by Hermann Lotter, trading as Easy Entropy, based in Cape Town, South Africa. You can reach us at hello [at] easyentropy [dot] com, or use the contact form.

What we collect

We only collect two kinds of data:

• Contact form submissions. If you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and message. We use this solely to reply to you.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This includes aggregated information like pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device type, and browser. IP addresses are anonymised.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry.
• To improve the content and structure of the site.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Email delivery

Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (resend.com). Resend processes your email address and message strictly to deliver the email to us.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log basic request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure unique visitors and session activity. You can opt out by using a browser that blocks analytics cookies or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email hello [at] easyentropy [dot] com, or use the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
