What AWS FinOps consulting costs here

The model is a share of realised savings. The first look is free, a 30-minute review of your Cost Explorer. If an engagement follows, the fee is 25% of the first full month of realised savings, once, after the savings have landed on your bill. Nothing upfront, no retainer, and the scope is fixed in writing before any work starts.

On real numbers. In the documented case study, an e-commerce technology company (client name withheld at their request) was shown $175K per year in savings, roughly $14,600 per month. The fee on that engagement shape is about $3,650, paid once the first full month of savings is visible on the bill.

If no meaningful savings exist, nothing is owed, and the free call is where that gets said. The fee only exists as a share of savings that actually land, so the incentive points the same way yours does.

How the engagement itself runs, the three scopes and the read-only review process, lives on theconsulting page.

Pricing questions

How is AWS FinOps consulting priced at Easy Entropy?

As a share of realised savings. The first look is free, a 30-minute review of your Cost Explorer. If an engagement follows, the fee is 25% of the first full month of realised savings, once, after the savings have landed on your bill. Nothing upfront, no retainer, and the scope is fixed in writing before any work starts.

What would that cost on a real engagement?

In the documented case study, an e-commerce technology company (client name withheld at their request) was shown $175K per year in savings, roughly $14,600 per month. The fee on that engagement shape is about $3,650, paid once the first full month of savings is visible on the bill.

What if no savings are found?

Then nothing is owed. The fee only exists as a share of savings that actually land, which is also why the first 30 minutes are free. If the bill has no meaningful waste, that gets said on the call and everyone moves on.
